University of Education Winneba, ranked 3rd in 2019 Top Ghanaian Public Universities

University of Education Winneba(UEW) has been ranked 3rd in 2019 Ghana Universities ranking following University of Ghana(UG) at the first position and Kwame Nkrumah University of science and Technology(KNUST) at the second position.
In a speech delivered by the Vice Chancellor, Rev. Father Prof. Anthony Afull Broni  on Friday at 2019 Post Graduates Congregation, he sated that in spite of the challenges the school has faced in recent times, the school has still gain recognition in the international academic community.
Below is the statement made by the VC

"I am honoured to report that in spite of our collective challenges in the last year or so, the University has not been held back in its strive to attain recognition amongst the the International academic community. I am happy to announce that UEW has consistently ranked 3rd among our Ghanaian Public Universities."
